1. Authenticity Guarantee

Celebrity Collectables warrants that all memorabilia items offered for sale are represented as genuine and authentic to the best of our knowledge and expertise.

Each item is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (“COA”) issued by Celebrity Collectables. This certificate constitutes a limited warranty of authenticity, based solely on the professional assessment of Celebrity Collectables.

By purchasing any item, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The authenticity determination is made exclusively by Celebrity Collectables
  • The COA forms the basis of this limited warranty
  • No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those stated herein

2. Returns Policy

Celebrity Collectables offers a 7-day return period from the date of sale, as stated on the official sales receipt.

Returns will be accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • The item must be in identical condition to that at the time of sale
  • All packaging and accompanying materials must be returned intact
  • The original Certificate of Authenticity must be included
  • The COA must bear both the buyer’s signature and an authorised Celebrity Collectables representative signature

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the return being declined.
